These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and food ordering services provided by Iceland Fresh Juices, Dry Fruits & Ice Creams ("Iceland", "we", "us"). By placing an order through our website, by telephone, or via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Quality Assurance: Every drink, shake, scoop, and snack at Iceland is prepared fresh upon order using pure fruits and premium ingredients to guarantee optimum taste and hygiene.
1. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed online through our website cart, direct WhatsApp messaging, or by calling our hotline. When placing an order, please ensure:
- You provide an accurate delivery address including Phase, Sector, Street, and House/Plaza number.
- Your contact phone number is reachable so our dispatch team and riders can verify your delivery.
- Any specific dietary preferences (e.g. sugar-free, less ice, allergy notes) are stated prior to order confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect current in-store rates. We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable directly to the rider upon receipt of order.
- Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: Available upon request via our WhatsApp support team.
Prices are subject to seasonal fruit availability and market rates, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the agreed price.
3. Delivery Area & Timelines
We deliver across DHA Phase 1 through Phase 9 (Prism), Cavalary Ground, Gulberg, and neighboring localities in Lahore. Typical delivery time ranges between 25 to 45 minutes depending on order size, current kitchen rush, and weather conditions.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Because our juices and shakes are made from freshly cut fruit and perishables, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 5 minutes of confirmation. Once our kitchen team has blended the fruits or packed the order, cancellation is not possible.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
Our menu includes items containing nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts), dairy (milk, fresh cream, khoya), and gluten. If you have severe food allergies, please inform our team explicitly before confirming your order.
6. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback
If any item arrives damaged, spilled, or does not meet our high standards of freshness, please take a photograph and reach out immediately to our WhatsApp support at +92 327 8718932. We will arrange a prompt replacement or credit.
